This morning, view from my window.
I’m not attending temple service today because of an expected snow storm. You can’t see the heavy snow fall from the pictures, but it’s snowing pretty badly. I decided to go warm my day up with some pink and red… while listening to Andrea Bocelli. What a sensual, beautiful voice. I mimic his accents to practice my Italian pronunciation. But here goes.
Any cool-toned pink and red shadows will do. I darkened the red with some black shadow to tone down its brightness. Grey kohl liner is then added and smudge for a messy, yet sultry look. Oh, and on my lips are a wash of Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss No. 151. I wouldn’t say that it’s glossy much, more like frosty—excuse the dry lips :)
I’m not rocking my usual thick lashes, as I’m trying out Sephora Lash Stretcher mascara. It’s very darkening, but doesn’t do much “stretching.” I did have a problem with it clumping up my lashes… It’s works for an everyday, barely-there look, but not worth the money or effort it takes to comb out your lashes after application.
And… just wanted to show you my new favorite bracelet. I bought it from a non-profit organization called Microloan. The beads are made out of magazine paper and the bracelet is handcrafted! Amazing.
That is all for my Sunday. I will be spending the rest of the day finishing a college application and staying warm! Hope the New Year has been treating you well :)
